IMPORTANT INFO:

  • Before starting your online shopping spree, be sure to note the date, time, and location where items must be picked up (all can be found below). If you're unable to pick up an item on the date, time, and at the location indicated on this website, you can have someone pick it up for you by giving them your email order confirmation and informing the camp location via email. If you can't make it at that time AND can't find someone who can, please don't make the purchase. At this point we are unable to hold the items for you after the pick-up window or ship them directly to you.
  • Steve & Kate’s Camp makes no warranties or representations regarding the condition of any item in its store. All items in the store are sold by Steve & Kate’s Camp on an as-is basis according to the condition that the item is in when it is made available to the purchaser.
  • At the time of pick-up, we advise you to carefully inspect your item’s condition and ensure that all pieces you need are present at the time of pick-up. If after inspecting the item(s) you reserved you do not wish to purchase the item as-is for any reason, we will gladly process a refund on the spot and retain the item. Once an item has been picked-up, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges except for select items, if communicated within a week of pickup. More info on our return policy for this year can be found below.

NEW RETURN POLICY:

New this year, we will be accommodating returns knowing it will not be possible or safe for all customers to come inside and test out items. In order to initiate a return please email sale@steveandkate.com within 1 week of your pickup day, and indicate your order # plus the item you'd like to return and why. We will provide a pre-paid FedEx label for you to ship this item back to us, and will process a full refund upon confirmation of the item being sent.
